Pam not only treated my back, she set me up on an exercise program to strengthen my back and stomach muscles. I had a pain-free drive (except for history-lesson CDs Mom insisted on playing).

I now go to the gym on a regular basis. Pam, George and the other staff work out there too or they're jogging up and down the Rideau River. These people walk the talk."
