Registered Physiotherapist

Phil obtained his Master of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Western Ontario in 2009 after first electing to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. His experience at WLU as a student trainer with the men’s and women’s varsity soccer teams sparked his interest in sports injury rehabilitation and physiotherapy.

Phil has been working in private practice for almost 6 years and has gained experience treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions in both a general practice and sport medicine setting. Phil has completed training in acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, Mulligan mobilization with movement concept and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and is a firm believer in a hands-on, active approach to physiotherapy.

He has also completed several courses through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI), including the foot and ankle, the lumbo-pelvic , the sacroiliac complexes, as well as the knee  joint.  In his free time he enjoys hockey, soccer, running and pretty much any outdoor activity.  Phil is excited to meet you and looks forward to assisting you with all your physiotherapy goals.
